Since all the stuff in that dialog is turned on with sane defaults, no user would see it unless they wanted to change some advanced stuff in it. Besides this is a mint only dialog, it is not a part of gnome so no Human interface designers has messed with it.. Couldn’t you at least show a dialog users would actually see.
